"If at age 20 you are a conservative then you have no heart. If at age 30 you are a liberal then you have no brains."
Sir Winston Churchill

Obama obviously knows very little about economics, specifically that "Society stagnates when independent productive achievers begin to be socially demonized and even punished for their accomplishments." President Obama's Dilemma

While he feels compelled to reach out to Republicans, his core left support is eroding:

"Labor groups are furious with the Democrats they helped put in office"

2. The religious “left” on the President’s failure to roll back President Bush’s faith-based initiatives.  "One year after Obama announced his version of the faith-based office, civil rights and civil liberties groups such as mine are still fighting Bush-era battles over tax funding to religious groups that proselytize, job discrimination on religious grounds in public programs and lack of accountability. It's disheartening." Rev. Barry Lynn

3. And liberal Democrats in general on everything from healthcare to the economy. "On health care, war and the economy, President Barack Obama is meeting growing resistance from the very group that propelled his election last year: liberal Democrats."

Stay consistent with positive alternative solutions Republicans. Liberals will do the rest.
